I was so saddened today ,to hear my good friend and long time dentist John pasted away. I knew he had some medical issues, but never thought this happen! He was a great guy, and dentist, but more important a good friend who would love to talk about sports, and movies while he was drilling so working on my teeth. He was just the best, always helping people and talking care of them. He will truly be missed by me and my family. My condolences to his whole family,! God bless John and his family ! Prayer to you all !

Barbara, our prayers, love and strength are with you, we just heard about John. What a wonderful man he was, you and the boys were the most important people in his life, he loved you dearly. I also went to dental school with John and i remember him well. He played piano at the variety show and i accompanied him on the drums. I remember when we sat together and wrote the lyrics to our song. He was a good egg.

I went to dental school with John. There were many times when our mood levels were down after certain classes or exams. However, in the cafeteria there was a piano. We played a game called stump Gargani. You name your favorite song and see if he could play it from memory.Well, you didn't want to bet against him. A very talented guy and a good person. You will be missed.

I went to dental school with John. My fondest memory was the senior variety show when he wrestled fellow class mate Emil Gonzalez. They somehow replicated a World Wide Wrestling ring and put on a very dramatic and realistic show. Rest well my friend. Lou Bellotti

Jim and I remember the shared times at Lake George, a Christmas party at your lovely home, and most recently a dinner together at Muscoot Tavern. It is said that the words "I am sorry" are comforting at this time and yes we truly are. We are sorry for this great loss to all the Gargani's. I have known my friend Barbara since grade school. We have shared our early years, child rearing times and beyond. I am most truly sorry for her but know she will endure. God bless John. Donna and Jim Bianco
