Obituary of Jacqueline Garibaldi

Jacqueline Garibaldi, 93, died peacefully on June 28, 2017 at home in Pound Ridge, New York surrounded by her loving family. Jacqueline was born in Hoboken, New Jersey on July 31, 1923 to the late Frank and Philomena Cardinale. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank D. Garibaldi and they lived in Short Hills, New Jersey until his passing in 2002. They were married 55 years. Jacqueline was the loving mother of Barbara & John Decina of Pound Ridge, NY and grandmother to Danielle & Michael. Her brother Peter and sister Tessie predeceased her. Her youngest brother Frank resides in Florida. Jackie, as she was known by her friends, was a fun-loving and kind person. She was devoted to her family and friends and was a deeply religious woman. She brought joy to all who knew her. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 2nd from 2:00 – 6:00pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 3rd at 10:00am at St. Patrick’s RC Church, 7 Pound Ridge Road, Bedford, NY. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Calvary Fund, Inc., of Calvary Hospital 1740 Eastchester Road, Bronx, NY 10461.
