Obituary of Ann Cahill

Cahill, Ann 53, of Katonah, NY on December 9, 2017. Ann was born on October 25, 1964 in Yonkers, NY. She was a resident of Katonah for the past 22 years. Ann was a graduate of Horace Greeley High School, Boston College and Fordham University Law School. She was employed by Greenwich Academy in Greenwich, CT as a college counselor. Ann will be remembered for her quick wit, keen mind and genuine heart. She was a loyal friend, devoted daughter and sister, beloved wife and an extraordinarily dedicated mother. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her daughters. Ann’s quiet strength and determination was an inspiration to all who were blessed to know her. Ann is survived by her loving husband, Tom, her cherished daughters, Colleen, Claire and Christine, parents Dan and Jackie Doran of Chappaqua, NY, brothers John Doran of Chappaqua, NY and Dan Doran and his wife, Lorraine of Wilton, CT. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 12th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 13th at 10:00 am at St Joseph’s RC Church, 95 Plum Brook Rd, Somers, NY Interment will be private. Ann’s family has requested, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at mariafarerichildrens.org.
