Obituary of Nancy R. Brahs

Mrs. Nancy R. Brahs, 96 of Somers, New York, formerly of Pound Ridge, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Northern Westchester Hospital. 

She is the beloved wife of Richard H. Brahs, with whom they celebrated their 73^rd wedding anniversary on May 13, 2018.

Nancy was born on February 20, 1922 in Mt. Vernon, New York to the late Frank and Mary Favarolo Rondino.

  Nancy graduated from Edison High School in Mt. Vernon, New York.  She was a member of the Salvation Army Youth Core program.

Nancy was devoted to her family. Nancy is the loving mom to Richard Brahs (Gina), Dawn Mallon (Ed Predeceased) and Debbie Battista (John). She is also the loving grandmother to Michele, Danielle, John, Lauren, Ryan, Richie, Michael and great grandmother to Aidan, Ryan, Brandon, Emma, Ella, Mya & Drew.

Her family received friends on Friday, May 25th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

Her funeral service was on Saturday, May 26th at 10:00 am at Clark Associates Funeral Home, with Rev Matthew Curry officiating.  Interment followed at Pound Ridge Cemetery, West Lane, Pound Ridge, NY
