Obituary of Lorraine Sialiano

Lorraine C. Sialiano, 85, of Somers, NY, formerly of Yonkers, NY, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at The Bristal in Armonk, NY.

Lorraine was born on January 8, 1933 to the late Anthony and Katherine Borek.  Throughout her childhood and as an adult, she was renowned among family and friends for her sense of humor. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Casimir Church in Yonkers, NY. 

Lorraine was the beloved wife of her late husband, the honorable Salvatore J. Sialiano, Yonkers City Councilman and former NYPD. She is survived by her three children, John Sialiano of Manhattan, NY and his wife, Danielle; The Honorable Tom Sialiano of Hawthorne, NY and his wife, Donalyn; and Janice Giardina of Pound Ridge, NY and her husband, Joseph. She was also a devoted grandmother to her five grandchildren, Tiffany; Sophia; Brooke; Amanda; and Christina. She is preceded in death by her late brother, Gene Borek, PGA Professional recognized in the Golf Hall of Fame.

Friends are welcome to pay their respects at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY on Wednesday, June 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption, 55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY on Thursday, June 28th at 10 AM. 

Interment will follow at Ivandell Cemetery, Route 202, Somers, NY
