Stephen was born in Hanover, NH, August 9, 1948.

Stephen is survived by his wife: Harriet (Feiler) Hill; and daughter, Sheila Hill

His family will receive friends on Friday, August 17th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 18th at 11:00 am at South Salem Presbyterian Church,111 Spring Street, South Salem 10590. 

Private cremation will follow
