Obituary of Robert Lowell

Robert E. Lowell, “Bob” 81, of Somers, NY died peacefully at his home on Monday June10th 2019.  His loving wife of over 57 years was with him when he passed.

Bob was born in White Plains NY.  He was a Marine veteran and proudly served his country with honor.

He worked as a NY State Trooper and Sr. Investigator for over 20 years.  Upon retirement Bob was employed by NYSEG and later the Heritage Hills Golf Course.

Bob is the beloved husband of Agnes Lowell (née Gonsalves) and the loving father of Michael Lowell of Poughquag, NY and Amy Lowell-Comiskey (Daniel) of Brookfield, CT.  He is the devoted grandfather of Christina Merkle, Maryn Lowell, Nicholas Merkle, Jessica Lowell and Elizabeth Comiskey.

Friends and loved ones may attend the Mass of Christian Burial, celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 95 Plum Brook Rd, Somers NY, Wednesday June 12th at 11:30AM.
