Gloria was a woman after my very own heart. My mom loved and treasured her visits with her friend. So much so, that I made it a number one priority to meet her for myself. And as expected, she didn’t let me down. I loved hearing stories of her adventures. She lit up a room, and all attention was focused on her. It was a true joy to meet such a beautiful, remarkable, strong woman, with more life and vigor than someone half her age. It was an honor to sit down with her just a few weeks prior and look through her grand picture collection. She could tell you a name and a story to match every picture. Her life inspired anyone who was fortunate to speak with her. Gloria taught me that if you’re not living life to the fullest every day, you’re not truly living. She will be deeply missed and thought of every time I take my “vitamins”. My condolences to the family, for she indeed created an extraordinary legacy.
