Obituary of Jean Elizabeth Slater Agugliaro

Agugliaro, Jean Elizabeth Slater, age 88, of Bedford Hills, NY, beloved wife of James F. Agugliaro, died September 14, 2017. Jean was born in Danbury CT, and had been a Bedford Hills resident since her marriage on June 24, 1951. She was Secretary and Vice –President of her husband’s business, Beechwood Electric Inc. and then owner of Beechwood Electric. In addition to her husband James, she has two daughters Jayneene Harden, of Clifton Park, NY, and Theresa Agugliaro, of Gaithersburg, MD, one granddaughter, Melissa, one great-grandson Dylan, one sister Marian F. Chadeayne, of Ossining, NY and one niece and two nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister, and brother. Jean was active in the Ulster Heights Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, helped with serving Eucharist and taught Sunday School for 8 years. Jean’s family will receive friends on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, Katonah, NY with a brief service at 7:30pm. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday, September 18, 2017 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 68 Bedford Road, Katonah, NY.
