Obituary of Michael C. Gay

Gay, Michael C., “Mike” 65, of South Salem, NY, died Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Mike was born on January 29, 1955 in Mount Kisco, NY to the late Fred and Alice (Bryson) Gay. He graduated from John Jay High School in 1973.

Mike was a talented mechanic, working with family at M&M Auto Body in Katonah, NY for 25 years, and a dedicated bus driver, safely transporting children with the Katonah- Lewisboro School District for 20 years.

Mike is the beloved husband of Jan (Gay), to whom he was married to for 46 years, and the loving father of Brian of Kingston, NY and Amanda (James) DiBuono of Bethel, CT. Mike is the devoted grandfather of Aidan, Emma Alice, Colton and Colette. Mike also leaves behind a sister, cousins, and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
