Obituary of Adam F. Fajek

Fajek, Adam F., 67, of Somers, NY, died on January 16, 2022 peacefully at home.

Adam is survived by his beloved wife: Ann (Konaz) Fajek; loving father of Steven and his wife Sara; cherished grandfather of Abigail, Lucia and Edward.  Dear brother of Mark, Jack (and his wife Theresa) and Elizabeth Cortes (and her husband Victor).  Fond uncle to many nieces & nephews.

Adam was predeceased by his parents: Zygmunt and Lucyna Fajek and his sister, Dorothy Fajek.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 11:30am at St. Joseph's RC Church, 95 Plum Brook Road, Somers, NY.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Route 202/Route 100, Somers, NY.
