Obituary of Richard M. Stephans

Richard M. Stephans 77 of Pound Ridge NY formally of the Bronx NY died Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Northern Westchester Hospital

 Rich was born on December 5, 1944 to the late Rose and Michael Stephans and was the youngest of three siblings. He was of Sicilian and Ukrainian dissent.

Richard was a graduate of Cardinal Hayes high school in the Bronx and played quarterback for the football team. In 1966 he acquired his Bachelors Degree in Business at Pace University. He was a true businessman working his way up from selling computer tapes at BASF to starting his own business. In 1982 Regina Business Forms of New York, Inc was created in Katonah NY.

     Richard was the beloved husband of his wife Nancy who passed in 2021. They were married for 54 years and had one daughter Regina of Tarrytown NY. Richard was known for his charisma and sense of humor. He enjoyed going out on the weekends seeing his friends and going dancing with his wife. He was always a fun guy to be around and always the generous friend. He loved traveling with his wife Nancy and was an avid Jets fan.

His family will receive friends on Friday, October 21st from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 22nd at 10:00 am at St.Patricks RC Church,7 Pound Ridge Road, PO.Box 303, Bedford, NY

Interment will follow at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Ave., Hawthorne, NY 10532-2502.
