Obituary of Daniel J. Sant

 Daniel Joseph Sant, age 96, passed away on July 18, 2023 at Waterview Hills Nursing Home.  Daniel was born in Senglea, Malta December 3, 1926.  He is the son of the late Savatore Sant and Marianna (nee) Attard Sant.  He was predeceased by his wife Frances (nee) Lopresti, Brother Salvino Sant, Brother Samuel Sant, and Sister Rita Sant.

 Daniel retired after 47 years from Metro North Railroad, an Army Veteran who served in the Japanese theatre during WWII.  He is survived by his daughters Annamarie Sant, Frances Downs and Granddaughters Zoe and Rachael Downs.   He is also survived by his sister Erminia Cassar.

 Friends may pay their respects at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY on Monday July 24, 2023 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-9pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 11am at St Mary’s Church, 55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY.
