Charlie it is so sad to hear of your passing. I remember you from the old neighborhood Ravine Ave. I grew up on Woodworth and Lamartine. Later on in life I recall many of nights (White Plains Police Officer) you would pick me up in Car #11. Some nights we would talk about the old neighborhood, other nights we would find some quiet place and rest our eyes for a moment. Always ready for a call. We had some great times together. You will be missed by all.
