Obituary of Charles L Semenetz

Charles L. Semenetz, age 84 of South Salem, NY, died Monday, August 27,

2018 peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Chuck was born March 21, 1934 in Yonkers, NY to the late Charles and Pluma Semenetz.  He attended Gorton High School in Yonkers and then became a MP in the Army which led to a 20 year career as a Police Officer in White Plains, NY. He resided in South Salem, NY for 52 years.  Chuck had a love for: his large family, his garden and his country.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 56 years, June and his 3 daughters (and their husbands):  Suzanne Beck (Tom), Connie Coviello (Jerry), Jennifer Caviola (Mark); his beloved grandchildren:  Drew, Trevor, Tommy, Victoria, Nick, Olivia and great granddaughter, Reagan.

He is also survived two brothers, Robert (Sandy)  and Frank (Barbara) Semenetz, his sister, Barbara Martini, and her late husband: Bob numerous nieces and nephews and he is pre-deceased by his brother John Semenetz and his wife, Jane.

His family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 29th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah, NY.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 30th at 10:00 am at St. Mary Of The Assumption Church,55 Valley Road, Katonah, NY 10536

Interment will follow at South Salem Cemetery, Spring Street, South Salem, NY
