Bill will, indeed, be missed; but he will also live on in all the stories and remembrances we have of him. I found Bill a good friend and very interesting guy in the years we worked together in Gas Engineering. He brought a lot to to the company and his friendships. He was, above all, loyal. My prayers are with him and his family.

Sue & Laura, I am so very sorry for your loss. As a child, I remember it always being the Papps, Grimaldis and Ballows. Some of my fondest childhood memories include you all. From birthday parties, holiday gatherings, memories at Lake George. I'm so thankful that you and Bill were able to be at my wedding. These are memories I will remember forever. Billy was one of my five cousins that lived next door to my family growing up. He and I would always talk about how lucky we were to come from such a large, close family. Saturday spaghetti days, picnics at each other's houses, and many, many more wonderful memories. I am truly blessed to have lived my childhood together with the Papps. It is tragic to have lost another one of the greats of our family. My heart breaks for Sue and Laura. May your memories comfort you in your time of sorrow. Please know that Billy will be truly missed and we will pray for him as well as his family. <3

Known Bill for over thirty years from working with him at Con Ed to attending our children's birthdays, communions and confirmation. Just had lunch with him and some of the guys from Con Ed the week before he passed. Was always somewhere with his homies and as others would say TGIF he would say TGIM for Thank God it's Monday and there were no crowds. Will miss him. My heart goes out to his Wife Sue and daughter Laura. His passing was truly a shock to my family and I. Rest in Peace.
