Ed was a wonderful person, full of wisdom, knowledge, and an amazing wit. While I trusted him with my own medical care for over 3 decades, and his astute diagnostic skills were superb, it was his combining that with a gentle demeanor and sense of warmth and humor that was so impressive.
He and Lucille became personal friends of my wife Pat & mine over the years, and we shared a love for the unique joy of living in Pound Ridge. Pat especially recalls Ed playing the guitar, and I remember his good humor at all times.
We hope that Lucille and his entire family are comforted by sweet memories of many moments and years together.

Ed was a brilliant and caring physician. He was very kind to me when I joined the mMt Kisco Group in 1976. Ed had the knack of seeing complicated problems with unusual clarity. He understood his patients very very well and treated them with the utmost respect.

I first met Ed when he came to interview me at New York Hospital for a position at the Mt Kisco Medical Group in internal medicine and hematology. He was very supportive of women in medicine and nursing. For thirty years my office was just down the hall from him. I regarded him as a mentor in my early years. He was always thoughtful, competent, and willing to discuss patient problems. He was a "Doctor's doctor." My heartfelt condolences to his family. RIP, Dear Ed.

Ed was a long time friend and a partner in years past at the original Mount Kisco Medical Group. We worked together for many years. I consulted for him and he consulted for me. I found him to be one of the most talented physicians I have ever worked with. Bright and a truly outstanding diagnostician. He was a humble man, gentle quiet and perhaps shy. He and I were doubles partners playing pool together in our later years. He obviously loved his family deeply and always afforded wonderful care to his many patients. Many of us will miss him and remember him as a person and physician we deeply respected. Condolences to his family and friends.
